The „Uhlenbruck criteria are named after the insolvency judge and university professor Dr. Wilhelm Uhlenbruck. The VID was intensely involved in the first-time development of a catalogue that should enable insolvency courts to identify suitable insolvency administrators for insolvency procedures.
