Proof of the initial certification, the annual audits as well as the re-certifications (every three years) must be documented and submitted to the VID. If insolvency administrators use external service providers for office organisation or for settlement activities in the insolvency procedure, then these must also be certified according to ISO:9001. If members do not comply with these obligations, they may be expelled from the VID.
